Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Rates depend on your destination, order weight, and fulfillment location. If your order qualifies for a free shipping option, it will appear at checkout.

Order preparation and delivery

Preparation and transit times vary by product, fulfillment location, and destination. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout applies to the selected shipping option. Carrier or customs delays can affect delivery. Items in the same order may ship separately.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we will send shipping confirmation and tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

International orders

Available destinations and shipping options depend on the products in your cart and are shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes may apply; review the charges and information shown at checkout before ordering.

Changes, cancellations, and help

For an address change, cancellation request, or delivery question, email support@revitide.com with your order number as soon as possible. We may be unable to change or stop an order once fulfillment has begun. For returns after delivery, see our Refund Policy.
